The recycling of other materials
Kat-Metal offers a wide range of recycling services as an established expert in the field. With us, recycling is easy, efficient and profitable.
In addition to electronics and catalytic converters, we also recycle non-ferrous metals and aluminium, oxygen sensors, engine computers (e.g. ECU/PCM), telecommunication waste, and many other items and materials.
We have valid environmental permits for accepting lead-acid battery scrap and for accepting and processing airbags and triggers. We also take care of the proper recycling of confidential electronic waste and provide a certificate of destruction, where necessary.
All materials are safely processed, packed, and stored. For example, lead-acid battery scrap is always packed in acid-proof, UN-certified pallet boxes.

Kat-Metal also recycles electronic waste that may contain personal and sensitive data. We can also issue a certificate of destruction for all your confidential waste.
Scrap can also be shipped
We collaborate with Posti, Matkahuolto and DB Schenker. Any logistics costs are always agreed upon separately. We collect your scrap free of charge as we determine the most efficient routes and schedules to minimise trips and to ensure full loads.
